Architectural Design
Our Architectural design capabilities include all types of buildings and master planning for new towns and cities. Our aim is a design that is sensitive to the environment and human needs. Masterplanning and Urban Design
We have strong experience in Masterplanning and Urban Design across a broad range of project, land-use and building types. Landscape & Green Space Design
Our green space designers offer consulting services in different areas of studies and design of green space as an essential part in a majority of its projects.
Fields of Activities:
• Design: open space design of buildings, residential complexes, urban and rural areas or specific project of landscaping from urban parks to forest park and foresting
• Studies: Green space master plan of sites, feasibility analysis and site, study of improving environmental condition, reduce pollution, prospecting the appropriate functions corresponding with green space
• Supervision: supervising the run and maintenance of green space projects.
Interior Design
Our interior design services include the optimum use of the work space in order to increase productivity and reduce construction of the property, use of green, sustainable, durable and less perilous building materials which require less maintenance in projects, creation of suitable environmental conditions in the space for psychological comfort of operators (with appropriate use of equipment, lighting, acoustics, view, appearance, etc.), maximum use of natural energies and coordination with M&E department in order to reduce consumption of fossil fuels and resources in the building, intelligent building designs, automation, training and electronic work system-based designs.
